Our money-back guarantee applies only if we are unable to fix the specific problem we were contracted to resolve. If any issue arises, we have up to 12 months from the date of the client’s callback to rectify the situation. If a job includes multiple areas and one section cannot be successfully completed, the guarantee applies only to that portion, not to other areas that were resolved successfully. We don’t leave our customers hanging — we go above and beyond to ensure they’re satisfied and their problems are solved.

This guarantee applies to residential customers only. It does not extend to strata, builders, government, or commercial clients. For these clients, the 10- and 20-year product warranties still apply.

Specific terms for your job will be detailed in your quotation.

Full details of the product warranty will also be included in your quotation, and a certificate of warranty will be issued upon completion of your project.

Please note: some basement waterproofing projects involve below-ground walls affected by sewer or tidal water ingress. In these cases, we may advise that full rectification is only possible through major works — such as constructing new, clean walls to apply membranes correctly. When membranes are applied to contaminated substrates (e.g. high salt, sewage, or coastal conditions), failure rates increase significantly, as the waterproofing can delaminate within months. If clients insist on proceeding under these conditions against our recommendation, no warranty applies unless the work is completed using proper building practices and the best available Rising Damp Products and Solutions.

This guarantee operates in addition to, and does not exclude, any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
